About Karen Louise Wright

Karen has always had a “Heart for the people” and has had a special call to minister since she was a young girl growing up in Harlem, New York.

Karen’s heart has always been for the “underserved”, those struggling with addiction, ex-offenders, teen mothers and sex assault victims.  She is currently a Licensed Clinical Supervisor and Addiction Specialist in North and South Carolina.  Having worked in the field of addiction for over 25 years.  Much of her ministerial gifting has also been dually utilized in her professional career.  Karen’s work in New York included leading Bayview Correctional Women’s Treatment Programs.   She also introduced Peer-Support groups to The Children’s Aid Society as a lead clinician.  She has led clinical teams and she is known to be a Master Group facilitator.  “My life was saved at nineteen in a group of my peers.  I will never forget it”.  I experienced firsthand, the wonder working power of GOD’s Hand in a group process which is why I love groups so much.  Celebrate Recovery is a National Ministry Group of which Karen spearheaded the North Carolina Recovery Group and being noted as the first official CR Group in North Carolina.

She strongly credits many of her life changing experiences directly under the tutelage and powerful leadership of Chiefest Apostle Diana Wright “Mother Rebekah!” and Sr. Pastor Quincy Wright.  Karen’s life was forever changed when God brought Karen and Chiefest Apostle Diana Wright “Mother Rebekah!” paths together in 2013 during a Homegoing Service in North Carolina.  The connection was “FIRE” and Karen was drawn to her strength.

Min. Karen and the Honorable Judge Wanda Wright enjoyed a Mother's Day Service

Karen was invited to participate in the Women of Worship retreat, a Division of El-Bethel Outreach Ministries. Karen witnessed God’s anointing upon this powerful woman of God and her husband, Sr. Pastor being the “Rock” of the Ministry.  “Their example is an honor to the Kingdom of God”.  Karen recognized how they walked closely with God as HE built EL-BETHEL OUTREACH MINISTRIES from the ground up.  In the midst of building they diligently continually sought to empower women and all of God’s people for HIS glory.

For the next eight years, Karen was exceedingly blessed to work closely with Chiefest Apostle and Sr. Pastor Quincy Wright as they enthusiastically served God and ministered to souls around the globe for Jesus Christ.

Karen has been grateful to work under their leadership and mentorship in many of their diverse El-Bethel Outreach Ministries leading administrative and clinical services including leading workshops where she was called to assist:   The “Women of Worship” Experience brings women together from around the world to pray, worship, and witness the power of God and ultimately to bring oneness to the holy women of God in the body of Christ; The “National Women Ministers’ Alliance Intl”, which is devoted to uniting and strengthening women in ministry around the world by providing education, training, seminars and retreats; The Liberian Overseas Covenant Keepers (L.O.C.K), which partners with Eagles Wings, an Apostolic Ministry in Monrovia, Liberia to feed, clothe, house and provide healthcare education to Liberians, including the provision of clean drinking water by purchasing land to dig “12 Wells of Salvation”.

Aunt Rebecca’s Kitchen (A.R.K) was birthed forth right before her eyes in 2019.  “What an honor it is to serve God.  He chose the Name of my natural Mother to be a part of the international mission of El-Bethel Outreach Ministries”

Karen’s hands and heart remain busy with the work of God at El Bethel Outreach Ministries where serving unto God and being a servant of God under the continued tutelage and powerful leadership of Chiefest Apostle Diana Wright “Mother Rebekah!” and Sr. Pastor Quincy Wright as an honor and privilege”.  “I have learned so much from my Chiefest Apostle and Sr. Pastor, most importantly, of the WORD of GOD is for strengthening of the saints”.   Because of their mentorship, Chiefest Apostle Diana Wright “Mother Rebekah!” and the rock-solid example of Senior Pastor Quincy Wright, which has been instrumental in her ministerial development, Karen’s spiritual, professional, emotional, and heartfelt gifts are all aligned to do the work of God, as a minister at El Bethel Outreach Ministries. Karen’s scripture is:

Romans 8:28 KJV - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
